Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Atlas Creative. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

Atlas Creative (“we,” “our,” or “the Studio”) provides graphic design, branding, creative direction, and digital content creation services. These Terms & Conditions govern all use of our website, services, and any project work completed for clients.

By hiring us, submitting a project request, or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We offer (but are not limited to):

  • Branding & logo design

  • Social media design

  • Print layout & marketing materials

  • Packaging design

  • Web graphics & content

We reserve the right to update or modify the services offered at any time.

3. Project Process

3.1 Project Start

  • A project begins after:

  • Approval of the quote / package

  • Submission of required materials

  • Initial payment (usually a deposit) 

3.2 Revisions

  • Projects include a specific number of revisions depending on the package.
    Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

3.3 Turnaround Time

  • Turnaround time varies by project scope.
    Delays may occur if:

  • Client feedback is late

  • Missing files/content

  • Revisions exceed the agreed limit

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Structure

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start most projects.

  • The remaining balance is due upon final delivery.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Refund Policy

  • Because design is a digital and time-based service, payments are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incomplete or late client communication

  • Unused revisions

  • Project cancellation by the client

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

5.1 Final Files

  • Once the project is fully paid, the client receives rights to the final design.

5.2 What the Client Owns

You own:

  • The final exported design files (PNG, JPG, PDF, etc.)

  • Commercial usage rights for your brand

5.3 What the Studio Owns

  • Atlas Creative retains:

  • Rights to original editable files (AI, PSD, etc.) unless purchased separately

  • Rights to use completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media

  • Editable/source files may be purchased for an additional fee.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Supply content in a timely manner

  • Review drafts and give clear feedback

  • Respect agreed revision limits

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication.

7. Cancellations

If the client cancels a project:

  • The deposit is non-refundable

  • Any completed work up to that point must be paid for

If the Studio cancels a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a fair partial refund may be issued.

8. Deadlines and Delivery

  • Deadlines will be discussed before starting the project.

  • Delivery is via email, Google Drive, or other digital methods.

  • We are not responsible for printing errors caused by third-party print shops.

9. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Lost profits, business interruption, or indirect damages

  • Misuse of designs after final delivery

  • Technical issues outside our control

  • Our responsibility is limited to completing the agreed design work.

10. Privacy Policy

Any personal information shared with us remains confidential and will not be sold, shared, or disclosed outside the project scope.

11. Changes to Terms

Atlas Creative reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new date.
